Like a Wave - 31oct22
When viewing the twentieth passage of the Tao Te Ching through the lens of our preconceptions it could feel like we are being told to go through life like a tsunami through a small Okinawan village. But what has that to do with the simplicity of Wu Wei?
Just as an ocean wave in a non-sentient entity (free of ambition, self-will and guided by the ocean’s larger forces) those of us who meditate like a Jedi (every twelve hours or so) enjoy a similar experience. Our choices, utterances, and deeds could feel as if they were flowing from CENTERED spontaneity.
Let us conclude
with a simple
