The nice thing
about sidestepping
belief or disbelieve
is that we are sidestepping
the veritable tiger trap
of intellectual rigidity
for believe or disbelieve:
certain, and unyielding
and utterly convinced,
is a trap
of contrivance
of intellectual and emotional rigidity
and servitude
which gums up
our spiritual progress
utterly and complete.
Better it is
to resign ourselves
to ambiguity
than
to be certain
of myth.
