Meanwhile, the next time you awake with a panic attack: get dressed, and walk briskly around your block. Access vulnerable mindfulness during each inhalation by mentally reciting “Notice this…”, then physically relax and mentally release during each exhalation as you silently recite “relaxing!”


Can’t walk? Reset your autonomic nervous system by opening only the left eye during each inhalation, and only the right eye during each exhalation as you sit in meditation like a Jedi!
