Good or Bad

The Buddha taught

that the spiritually developed

and the UN-trained alike

draw from the same palate,

the same spectrum

of human emotions.

He also taught that therefore

it is NOT what we feel

that makes us good or bad,

it is whether or not

we are aware of what we feel

and what we do

with what we feel

THAT is what defines us.

Ideally we could use

the buddha’s techniques

to harness the energy of what we feel

(be it glorious, or be it grotesque)

to fuel our compassion,

and our wisdom of letting go.

You deserve the love,

and support,

and assistance

that you desire.

To you I send

a psychic ((hug)).

Let us conclude

with a simple

call to action

In the Tibetan tradition Lamas are supported

by those who read their teachings

as such the production of these webinars, and videos, and livestreams,

and podcasts, and blogs, and class materials is supported

by the generosity of viewers, and listeners, and readers

just like you.
